This is the official application form to join the Data Pathway classes offered for free by the Providence Public Library. This form should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

We are offering two classes as part of our data pathway: Data Analytics & Data Visualization.

These classes are free to the public. Please apply for one class, using this form. Due to the nature of the classes, some applicants may be asked to take foundational Excel classes before being admitted to the Data Pathway classes.

COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
Both classes meet in the evenings, each twice per week, for approximately 10 weeks. DATA ANALYTICS covers data collection, advanced Excel, and introductory data analysis techniques such as linear regression. DATA VISUALIZATION covers some more advanced data analysis tools and data visualization through Excel & Tableau.

*DATA ANALYTICS*

Requirements: You must be familiar with the basics of MS Excel--you will be asked to assess your Excel skills in the next section of this form.

Requirements: We recommend that you have taken our Data Analytics course, or be an experienced MS Excel user. You will be asked to assess your Excel skills in the next section of this form.
